ORDERING:
- We will adhere strictly to the spree commencement and closing dates to ensure fairness to all customers.
- Email your orders to us via blackdaisies@hotmail.sg with the heading 'ORDERS'.
- For enquiries, email us at blackdaisies@hotmail.sg with the heading 'ENQUIRIES'.
- Once an order has been confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email within 24 hours.
- Once the spree has ended, we will send a mass email to all spree participants within 24 hours.
- We will then place all orders with our agent.
- The entire ordering process will take maximum 4 days.
- Estimated arrival for all spree products will be about 3 weeks after order date/
- Spree participants will be kept updated of the process.

- ALL ITEMS SOLD ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE (however, we will do our part and inspect the cases for you and in the event of any defects, we will inform you and advice on further actions.)
